Pasta 132, 20161 \u2013 Milano, Italy, VAT No. and Fiscal Code No. 09658340154 and registration number in the Italian trade Register of\u00a0 Milano under number MI-1306852 (hereinafter, \u201c<strong>Data<\/strong> <strong>Controller<\/strong>\u201d), manager of the internet website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nebulonghi.it\/tl\">https:\/\/www.nebulonghi.it<\/a> (hereinafter, the \u201c<strong>Website<\/strong>\u201d), in its capacity as data controller in relation to personal data pertaining to the users using the Website (hereinafter, the \u201c<strong>Users<\/strong>\u201d) hereby provides the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation EU 2016\/679 of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, \u201c<strong>Regulation<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>Applicable Law<\/strong>\u201d).\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n \t<li><strong>HOW TO CONTACT US?<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nThe Data Controller takes the utmost account of its Users\u2019 right to privacy and protection of personal data.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nUsers may contact the Data Controller at any time, using the following methods:\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Sending a registered letter with return receipt to the registered offices of the Data Controller: Via G. Pasta 132, 20161 \u2013 Milano, Italy;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sending an electronic mail message to <a href=\"mailto:info@nebulonghi.it\">info@nebulonghi.it<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe Data Controller has not identified a data protection officer (DPO), as it is not subject to the obligation of designation provided for by art. 37 of the Regulation.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ol start=\"3\">\r\n \t<li><strong>WHAT DO WE DO? &#8211; PROCESSING PURPOSES <\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nBy browsing the Website, the User can consult information and stay updated on the services and activities offered by the Data Controller (hereinafter, the \u201c<strong>Service<\/strong>\u201d). In relation to the activities that may be carried out through the Website, the Data Controller collects personal data relating to the Users.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThis Website and the services eventually offered through the Website are reserved to subjects over the age of 18 years old. Hereby, the Data Controller does not collect personal data pertaining to subjects under the age of 18 years old. At request of the Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all the personal data, involuntary collected, pertaining to subjects under the age of 18 years old.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nParticularly, the personal data of the Users will be lawfully processed for the following purposes:\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li><strong><u>Supply of the Service<\/u><\/strong>: to allow surfing of the Website by the User. The User&#8217;s data collected by the Data Controller to this end include all personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, that the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire during their normal functioning: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the Users, the addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good order, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User&#8217;s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to allow its correct operation. Notwithstanding the provisions elsewhere in this privacy policy, under no circumstances shall the Data Controller make the personal data of the Users accessible to other Users and \/ or third parties.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong><u>Legal obligations<\/u><\/strong>, e., to comply with obligations imposed by law, an authority, a regulation or European legislation and for establishing responsibility in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes to the detriment of the Website.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<u>\u00a0<\/u>\r\n\r\nThe provision of personal data for the processing purposes indicated above is optional but necessary, as failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the User to access the Website and use the Service.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n \t<li><strong>LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING <\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<strong><u>Supply of the Service<\/u><\/strong> (as described in the previous paragraph 3, letter a)): the legal basis is art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Regulation, i.e., the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the User is party, or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong><u>Legal obligations<\/u><\/strong> (as described in the previous paragraph 3, letter b)): the legal basis consists of art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. c) of the Regulation, as the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n \t<li><strong>PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA RETENTION PERIOD <\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nThe Data Controller will process the personal data of Users using manual and IT tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe personal data of Users will be retained for the time strictly necessary to carry out the main purposes explained in paragraph 3 above or, in any case, as necessary for the protection in civil law of the interests of both the Users and the Data Controller.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ol start=\"6\">\r\n \t<li><strong>TRANSMISSION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA <\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nThe User\u2019s personal data may be transferred outside the European Union, and, in this case, the Data Controller will ensure that the transfer takes place in accordance with the Applicable Law and, in particular, in accordance with Articles 45 (Transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision) and 46 (Transfer subject to adequate guarantees) of the Regulation.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe personal data of the Users may be disclosed to the employees and\/or collaborators of the Data Controller in charge of managing the Website and the Users\u2019 requests.
