No organisation or individual is permitted to recommend funeral directors without your explicit request; for funerals, it is illegal for funeral directors to procure customers within healthcare facilities (Regional Regulation 9 Nov 2004 on funeral and cemetery activities: articles 31 and 33).<\/p>\n

If someone approaches you to offer the services of a funeral company or agency, they are breaking the law. Avoid them and, where appropriate, report the incident to the management of the healthcare facility.<\/p>\n
